So am I if you would slow down and read it. Geographically there isn't much difference between the two (CN being a little to the southwest) except for counties in between and that differs only in certain parts of Jefferson, but as you say we are only talking about in reference to the state line.

And this was actually the first year they allowed students from SWVA (that is Lee, Scott, and Washington ONLY) to get instate tuition, they also included the bordering North Carlonia counties too. This was due to those counties' proximate to the state line. I don't need to take a trip over there, considering I am in TN right now, at one of these institutions being discussed here.
